1 - You are a sinner. "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God". Romans 3:23

2 - Sin has a penalty. "For the wages of sin is death". Romans 6:23
This is a spiritual death or the second death, "And death and Hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death". Revelation 20:14

3 - God loved us and made a way for us to be saved and miss Hell. "But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were sinners, Christ died for us". Romans 5:8

4 - You must accept Christ and what He did for you on the cross. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation". Romans 10:9-10
